What To Do
Below we've listed some things that you can do on the Island
Eat, drink, do and see!
Lassi’s Beaches

Makris Gialos: the biggest and busiest, with sunbeds, a beach bar, and watersports (jet skiing, kayaking, banana boats) right next door
Â
Platis Gialos: right beside Makris Gialos, same beautiful sand, a bit more relaxed
Â
Paliostafida & Kalamia: two smaller, quieter coves if you want to escape the crowds
Day Trips

Melissani Cave: a sparkling underground lake lit from above through a cavity in the rock
Â
Myrtos Beach: often rated the best beach in Greece; worth checking swimming conditions
Â
Assos: a beautiful village tucked in the hills, about 1-2 hours’ drive from Lassi
Â
Fiskardo: a colourful, picturesque harbour town in the north of the island
Â
Petani Beach: chalk-white sand and gravel that gives the sea an almost glowing look
Â
Antisamos Beach: bring a snorkel, the water’s crystal clear
Â
Omala Valley wineries: try Kefalonia’s own Robola white wine at a local cellar like OrealiosÂ
